Modular NEXUS is an association and network of Danish organizations, companies, and specialists working to develop fast, flexible, and scalable modular solutions that support internally displaced persons, local communities, and social infrastructure in Ukraine.

Team

Finn Djurslev
Chairman		 Finn leads the strategic development of Modular NEXUS and brings extensive experience in construction, modular building concepts, and cross-sector partnerships. He represents the association in dialogue with Danish and Ukrainian stakeholders and coordinates the development of pilot initiatives in Ukraine.

 

Professional Experience

  • 25 years of experience in Programme and Project Management, delivering large-scale pharmaceutical projects and healthcare-sector projects in Denmark, France, and Switzerland.
  • 10 years of experience as a line manager, responsible for project management teams, global project models, and project portfolio management.
  • 5 years of experience in change management and business development within the healthcare sector and humanitarian initiatives.

Jens Otto Pind Jensen
Vice Chairman		 Jens Otto has more than 15 years of experience leading strategic transformation initiatives in both large and small Danish companies across multiple industries, including construction, high-tech, and manufacturing.

 

Professional Experience

  • Successful delivery of complex national and international projects and programmes, including ERP implementations, drone development projects, manufacturing facilities, factories, and start-up ventures.
  • More than 10 years of experience from over 15 companies implementing integrated management systems, project management frameworks, and quality management systems.

Chief Financial Officer		 John brings extensive expertise in leadership development, quality management, and international project management.

 

Professional Experience

  • 15 years of experience in leadership development, training, education, and certification of managers and project managers across industries and organizational levels.
  • 20 years of experience in quality management and governance models, including the establishment and implementation of quality systems, project methodologies, and IT-related frameworks within the chemical, energy, utilities, and food sectors.
  • 15 years of international project management experience leading complex engineering, change management, and construction projects in Denmark and globally, including assignments in China, Serbia, and Tanzania.

Olena Serhieieva
Communications &
Ukraine Relations		 Olena is responsible for communications, stakeholder engagement in Ukraine, partner outreach, and the development of donor-facing materials.

 

Professional Experience

  • 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur in Ukraine.
  • 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager at Zaporizhzhia Institute of Economics and Information Technologies, with a focus on communications and marketing.
  • 2 years of experience in the NGO sector as a Project Assistant, supporting project coordination and project management; Communications Officer, focusing on stakeholder engagement and strategic communication with local authorities in Ukraine, including direct cooperation with Mykolaiv Municipality; partner identification, public relations activities, and interpretation services in Ukrainian, Russian, English, and Danish.
  • 1 year of experience as Branch Director of a labour migration agency, responsible for establishing operations from the ground up, administration, business operations, marketing, and human resources management in Ukraine.
